Managing a contract
Create or upload a contract, link it to the relevant customer or vendor, and track key dates such as renewals and expirations. BOS keeps a version history so you always know what changed and when.
Tamper-evident records
Because the Legal module uses the same hash-chained audit trail as the rest of BOS, contract records and their history can't be quietly altered after the fact.
AI features
- Ask Orin to summarize a contract or flag key clauses and dates.
- Get reminders before renewals and deadlines.
Governance
Approvals and role-based access control who can view or change sensitive legal documents, keeping confidential agreements protected.
