The Service enforces rate limits and usage quotas based on your subscription plan to ensure fair usage and platform stability:

  • API rate limits, AI query quotas, storage limits, and user seat counts are defined per plan and documented in your subscription agreement.
  • Approaching your plan limits will trigger automated notifications to your Organization Administrator.

  • Persistent overuse beyond plan limits may require an upgrade to a higher-tier plan.

StudAI reserves the right to immediately throttle or suspend access in cases of abusive usage patterns that threaten platform stability or negatively impact other customers.

Violations of this AUP are addressed through a graduated enforcement process:

  1. Warning: For first-time or minor violations, we will notify the Organization Administrator and the offending user by email, describing the violation and requesting immediate corrective action.
  2. We will provide written notice detailing the reason for suspension and the steps required for reinstatement.
  3. Termination: For egregious violations, violations that cause harm to StudAI, other customers, or third parties, or violations involving illegal activity, we may immediately terminate the organization’s access to the Service.
