Two ways to buy seats

All-Employee Pricing

Pay the lowest per-seat rate, but license a seat for every employee. Best when StudAI BOS is the system of record for your whole company. Your seat count tracks active headcount and is reconciled each billing cycle.

Flexible User Pricing

Pay a higher per-seat rate, but license only the users you choose. Request seat changes through support — ideal for phased rollouts, contractors, or departments adopting first.

Which plan is right for my team?

Starter fits 1–5 person companies; Professional adds analytics and more AI for 5–15 person teams; Growth is the full business OS (finance + HR + advanced AI reasoning) for 10–40 person SMBs; Scale adds ops, legal, SSO and SLA support for mid-market; Enterprise is sales-led with dedicated AI quota and custom compliance.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. You get full access to every module during the trial.

Can I add or remove seats at any time?

Contact support to change seats. The team confirms the effective date and billing impact before applying a change; automated self-service seat changes are not currently advertised.

What counts as a seat?

A seat is one named user with their own login. Seats are not shared. Every plan includes a seat allowance; support confirms the effective date and billing impact of any requested seat change.

What happens when I hit my AI or OCR limits?

You are never cut off silently — the app shows usage in Settings → Billing and warns as you approach limits. Contact support to review the appropriate plan while verified self-service changes remain unavailable.

Do all seats get every module?

Every seat on a plan gets all of that plan’s modules — Starter includes CRM, projects, helpdesk and documents; Professional adds analytics; Growth adds finance and HR; Scale adds operations and legal; Enterprise includes everything.

Monthly or annual billing?

Both. Annual billing is discounted versus monthly. You can switch from monthly to annual at any renewal.

Are prices listed inclusive of GST?

INR prices are exclusive of GST (18%). Applicable taxes are confirmed before a paid subscription change is applied. USD prices are exclusive of applicable taxes.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a full refund within the first 14 days of a paid subscription. After that, you can cancel anytime and retain access until the end of your billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued.
