Usage limits
How overages work
We use a two-tier limit system designed to keep you informed without disrupting operations unexpectedly.
Soft Limits
Applied to AI runs and workflow executions. When you reach 80% of your quota, we send an in-app and email alert. At 100%, you receive a final warning. Execution continues for a 10% grace buffer, then pauses until the next billing cycle or an upgrade.
Hard Limits
Applied to user seats and module count. These are enforced immediately. If you're at your user cap, new user invitations are blocked. You will need to upgrade your plan or remove existing users to proceed.

Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. You get full access to your chosen plan's features during the trial period.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Absolutely. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens when I hit a usage limit?
It depends on the limit type. Soft limits (like AI runs) trigger an alert at 80% and 100% usage, giving you time to upgrade. Hard limits (like user count) block the action until you upgrade or remove users.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual plans receive a 20% discount. Contact sales for annual pricing on the Enterprise tier.
Are prices listed inclusive of GST?
INR prices are exclusive of GST (18%). GST will be added at checkout for Indian businesses. USD prices are exclusive of applicable taxes.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a full refund within the first 14 days of a paid subscription. After that, you can cancel anytime and retain access until the end of your billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued.
Can I add more users beyond my plan limit?
Yes. Additional users are billed at ₹999/user/mo on Starter and Growth, and ₹799/user/mo on Scale. Enterprise plans have custom per-user pricing.
Do you support multi-currency billing?
We bill in INR for Indian entities and USD for international customers. Invoices are generated automatically and available in your billing dashboard.
