Engineering Culture
Our Stack and How We Work
We run a monorepo with TypeScript everywhere — backend, frontend, database layer, shared packages. The API is Fastify with Drizzle ORM on PostgreSQL. The frontend is Next.js with React Query and Tailwind CSS. Infrastructure lives on Azure with Docker-based deployments.
We don't have a QA team. Engineers own the full lifecycle: design, implement, test, deploy, monitor. CI runs type-checks, linting, and integration tests on every push. We ship to production multiple times a day.
