No raw database writes. Every change to business data flows through a typed workflow with pre-validation, approval routing, and immutable execution logs.
Immutable Audit Trails
Every workflow execution, approval, rejection, and AI decision is logged with hash-verified receipts. Audit evidence is generated, not reconstructed.

Built on Azure India with DPDP Act compliance, GST-aware invoicing, and INR-first financial modeling — while the architecture supports multi-currency, multi-region expansion.
Founding Story
Built by Operators, for Operators
StudAI was founded by operators who were tired of duct-taping CRM, finance, and HR tools together. Every quarter, the same problems: data doesn't reconcile across systems, approvals sit in someone's inbox for days, and nobody can answer “who approved this?” without digging through three tools.
We decided to build from first principles. Every action in StudAI BOS is a workflow. Every workflow has a receipt. Every receipt is tamper-proof. This is not a philosophy statement — it is an architectural constraint enforced at the database layer.
The result is a system where governance is not a burden layered on top of productivity, but the mechanism through which productivity happens.
