Getting Started
Quick Start
Get your organization up and running in about ten minutes. No technical setup required.
Before you begin
You only need a work email address and a few minutes. Your organization is provisioned instantly with its own private database, audit log, and governance layer.
Five steps to go live
- 1
Create your organization
Go to the sign-up page and register with your work email. Choose a strong password (at least 12 characters). Your workspace is created the moment you sign up. - 2
Invite your team
Open Settings β Users & Roles and invite teammates by email. Assign each person a role β Admin, Manager, or Member. You can fine-tune permissions later. - 3
Enable the modules you need
Start with one or two modules β CRM and Finance are popular first picks. You can turn on the rest any time. Each module inherits your organization's governance settings automatically. - 4
Set your AI autonomy level
Decide how much the Orin assistant can do on its own. We recommend starting at L1 (Suggestion) β Orin recommends, you decide β and raising it to L2 (Supervised) once your team is comfortable. See Autonomy Levels. - 5
Run your first workflow
Create something simple β a new lead in CRM, an expense in Finance, or a leave request in HR. Watch it move through validation, approval routing, and audit logging. That's the BOS engine in action.
Try Orin right away
Click the Orin chat panel and type something like βCreate a lead for Acme Corp with contact Jane Doeβ. Orin will draft the action and β depending on your autonomy level β either ask you to confirm or do it directly.
Optional: Connect Gmail
Want approvals and updates in your inbox? Link a Gmail account so you can approve requests and receive AI summaries by email. See the Gmail guide.
A note on autonomy
Higher autonomy levels let Orin act with less confirmation. Start low, review what Orin does in the audit log, and increase autonomy only when you trust the results for that task.
