What is BOS?

StudAI BOS (Business Operating System) is one AI-native system that runs your whole company — replacing a stack of disconnected tools with a single, governed, auditable workspace.

The short version

Most companies run on 8–12 separate apps: one for sales, one for invoices, one for payroll, a chat tool, a spreadsheet for planning, and so on. Information gets stuck between them, nothing is connected, and no one has a single source of truth.

BOS replaces that stack with one system. It brings six core business areas together, adds an AI assistant called Orin that can do real work for you, and records every action in a tamper-evident audit trail so you always know who did what, when, and why.

The six modules

BOS is organized into six modules that share the same data, users, and governance:

CRM — leads, contacts, deals, and your sales pipeline.
Finance — invoices, expenses, budgets, and GST-compliant billing.
HR — employees, leave, attendance, and onboarding.
Operations — projects, tasks, inventory, procurement, and helpdesk.
Legal — contracts, e-signatures, and compliance documents.
Strategy — goals, OKRs, and company-wide planning.

What makes BOS different

1. It's AI-native

Orin, the built-in assistant, doesn't just answer questions — it can create a lead, draft an invoice, schedule a reminder, or run a multi-step task on your behalf. You decide how much freedom it has using autonomy levels.

2. It's governed by default

Every change flows through a single workflow engine that checks permissions, routes approvals when needed, and records the result. Nothing happens off the books.

3. It's auditable

Every action is written to a cryptographically chained audit log. That means records can't be quietly altered after the fact — important for trust, compliance, and investor or auditor reviews.

Who is BOS for?

BOS works for a solo founder, a growing team, or an enterprise rolling out hundreds of seats. Roles and permissions scale with you, and every organization's data is fully isolated from every other.

How you'll use it

You can interact with BOS in three ways:

Web app — the full dashboard for day-to-day work.
Orin chat — ask in plain language and let the assistant do the work.
Gmail — approve requests and get updates from your inbox (optional).
