Organization Settings
Settings is the control center for your whole organization. Here administrators tailor BOS to how your business works.
What you can configure
- Organization profile — name, branding, and basic details.
- Modules — enable or disable CRM, Finance, HR, Operations, Legal, and Strategy.
- AI autonomy — set autonomy levels and guardrails for Orin.
- Governance — roles, attribute rules, separation of duties, and approval routing.
- Notifications — choose how and where alerts are delivered.
- Integrations — connect channels like Gmail and other tools.
- Security — multi-factor authentication, sessions, and data controls.
Who can change settings
Settings are limited to administrators. Some changes (like governance rules) may themselves require approval, depending on how your organization is configured.
Notifications
Decide how your team is kept informed. BOS can deliver notifications in-app, by email, and — when enabled — over Gmail. You can set a primary channel and fallbacks so important messages always get through.
Integrations
Connect external tools and channels from the Integrations tab. If an integration isn't configured, the related features simply stay inactive until you set them up — nothing breaks.
Changes are tracked
Every settings change is recorded in the audit trail, so you can always see what was changed, by whom, and when.
