StudAI BOS uses the official WhatsApp Business Platform API. We adhere fully to Meta's policies on template governance, consent, and user privacy.
Template governance
All outbound messages use pre-approved WhatsApp message templates. Templates are submitted to Meta for review before activation.
Consent-based messaging
Users must explicitly opt in to WhatsApp notifications. This is captured during onboarding and can be revoked at any time from user settings.
No spam, ever
We never send marketing or promotional messages via WhatsApp. Every message is a direct response to a user action or a system event the user subscribed to.
Opt-out support
Users can reply STOP at any time to disable WhatsApp notifications. The system respects opt-out immediately and falls back to email-based approvals.
